Political Rubbish IIThis time I will be rambling about Bush’s Practices involving two specific cases; The Estate Tax, and the Enron Scandal. As far as the Estate Tax goes it is something that was repealed by Mr. Bush. The Estate Tax was a tax on the 2% of richest Americans. What it does is makes you pay a tax on the estate that is handed down to you upon the death of the one you are receiving the estate from. This would cost Millions for the rich as well as corporations, where as the lower and middle class citizens would not pay nearly anything on it. Political rubbishThe United States of America. Its really not such a bad place. It is built on good morals and good goals. I am not an anti-american. However i do not agree with how the nation is run. For instance; Bush is giving huge tax cuts and hey look 'the economy is going up' well no shit! any economy will start to rise if you throw money at it. What people dont see is where the money is going. In 2001 13 trillion dollars were "givin to the people" in tax cuts. The top (financially)(richest) 1% of Americans recieved 7% of the money. the next 19% richest got 34% of the money. The 80%-60% richest recieved 25% of the money. The 60%-40% richest recieved 18%Political rubbish
